Shutdown in Česká Rafinérská, a.s., Litvínov
ČESKÁ RAFINÉRSKÁ , a.s. is the biggest oil processor and refinery products (mainly fuels) producer in Czech Republic. It operates refineries in Litvínov and Kralupy nad Vltavou. In both localities Bilfinger Euromont a.s. executes day-to-day mechanical maintenance and in year 2007 was also general partner during total shutdown & production units general repair in Litvínov.
It was an unique scope of shutdown works, because simultaneously with refinery shutdown there were executed shutdown works also in Chemopetrol (nowadays UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o.)
Thus, more than 3.000 workers & technicians were concentrated within September-October in an industrial park in Záluží u Litvínova. Refinery production equipment in Litvínov was (due to shutdown) out of operation for planned 40 days.
Bilfinger Euromont a.s. executed at this half-billion project all mechanical works – locksmithery, welding, cleaning, insulation, scaffolding etc., Part of contract was also ensuring of logistics – from site accommodatiion, spare power resources, purchasing of part of spare parts up to foreign subcontractors accommodation.

AGC Flat Glass Czech a.s.
The biggest flat-glass producer & processor Glaverbel a.s. changed in September, 2007 its name to AGC Flat Glass Czech a.s.. In the same year they invested a lot in new flat-glass R3 production-line, which will feed automotive industry. The furnace (thanks to its dimensions unique in Europe), is to produce 3 sorts of green glass.
Bilfinger Euromont a.s. participated at this billion investment project by realization of industrial, MV- and LV mains, lighting, sanitary equipment, heating, air conditioning, instrumentation and steel structures including painting.
